Seems very mediocre from what I've read in the Chicago thread.
"Very mediocre" is an apt characterization of my Centric The Loop experience. After that stay, I can't believe the one in South Beach is commanding the rates it is.

If Centric is the future of the Hyatt brand, I'm disappointed.
