The Choice Benefit earned during 2014 is for the 2015 benefit year. You get to make the choice of what benefits you want until the end of the benefit year. In this case, the 2015 benefit year ends tomorrow.
The Choice Benefit earned in 2015 is for the 2016 benefit year. The 2016 benefit year doesn't end until January 31, 2017. You have 12 months remaining to make the 2016 Choice Benefits choice (the benefits earned during the 2015 calendar year).
