PS: BTW I m traveling with three pcs of luggage. This is a mess on the bus and also later to go from the bus station to my accommodation via taxi from curb side !

There are services other than MTL at the airport - you should inquire with them directly. MTL is always the most expensive no matter where you go - even just into the city you pay probably 20% more. (I haven't verified this in ages, but this is a historical average.) Note also that any service that pays airport extortion fees is going to be passing that along.
