Going back to the space under the bulkead seat. At times there are legitimate reasons why the person sitting in the seat is using that space. Some airlines will actually use the bulkheads for disabled passengers who aren't able to stand up and put their goodies in the overhead. They have no choice but to put it under the seat where they can access it easily.

Also those of us who are not well endowed in the height area have trouble safely reaching and getting our belongings out of the overhead.

So I would suggest that before you start calling them Dolts..you may want to make sure you have all the facts.
