Instead of potentially burning a bridge with a national brand bank (which issues good card offers sometimes), why not go with one of the many local or online banks out there? Is it because they're more difficult to push MOs through?

I think that is why Lucky888 mentioned that BoA would be contacting the local authorities. Then again I have zero experience dealing with MOs and have a ton of learning to do in this space.
