yea, emphasize this.
definitely call reservations not MPC as the final authority. Some MPC agents are great and
can often be correct. But other MPC agents are a disaster and dispense totally wrong info frequently. And often you're none the wiser especially if it's an issue you're not too familiar with.
HK reservations, on the other hand, has their stuff straight when it comes to quoting fares and availability.
