Black out

On our way back home from PPT, destination CDG/TLS via LAX and DTW, our flight NW LAX-DTW has been diverted to MSP due to NE coast black out. We were obliged to spent the night sleeping in the airport hall (no assistance from airport and NW's crews), and took a morning plane to DTW, where we waited 5hrs to get a connection to MEM (any breakfast or meal served until arrival on MEM) and then made our way to CDG with AF where, once arrived, we hade a not previously expected 6hours stopover to get our last plane to TLS.
Total flight lenght: 58hrs, against 30hrs scheduled.
The question is: have we got any right to complain to any AirCompany or Airport for the treatment we deserved, and eventually get money refund? If so, to whom should we have to address our complaint?
