I would agree on this not being "fraud'. Or worthy of dealing with the credit card company. I would either let it go, or call the hotel.

Of course, the lost benefits of not having a hotel night may cost more than getting the $10 refunded. (my guess on the amount)

Sorry. Had to add this. I follow a few boards in the air, hotel and cruising. The term FRAUD pops up from time to time, and really gets to me. It assumes someone is trying to steal or fraudulently take money from another. This is considerably different than a billing or process error. Fraud is just too strong of a word, unless of course it is really fraud.
