US hotels never require a signature or a physical credit card for (at least) diamond guests.
As others have said, you might be best just letting this slide. As a no-show you don't get points or a stay credit, but in this case you will - for the same price.
Perhaps just an email saying you didn't use anything from the mini-bar without any further details...
