I was not referring to the safety record. And quite frankly I don't know of any Tower Air crash.
I WAS commenting on service quality not safety -- which is what the original post was about! And would think that my 1st post was an entirely subjective OPINION. So sue me.

So Joe -- pls kiss off. And let me practice my "freedom" of speech.

And quite frankly, short of you being General Counsel for ATA -- I see no point in you writing me a threatening e-mail to my account... talking about "potentially a defamatory act of libel... blah blah." And even if you were, could you sue me for implying ATA has poor service? Is so all the airlines could reverse their financial situation by going after half the members on this "forum."

Now go tackle some real issues.
