Will be glad when they're gone...looking a bit long-in-the-tooth and switching from 16 FC seats to 12 seats when an a/c is downgraded makes for four unhappy customers. Of course there'll be the same problem with the new cabin refresh (16 on a 900, 12 on an 800) but at least there'll be the new Premium Economy (or whatever they're calling it) to try and appease those four people. Maybe don't sell the seat between them?
