And I think if I haven’t been spending something like 4 hours a day on FT for the last five years I wouldn’t have acquired the knowledge or made contact with people who did on how to best handle this. If I left AM to its own devices most likely I would’ve ended up with a “free” refund. Or completely misled by the two non-booking agents.
