I stopped in he precheck office at SAN and they confirmed. All trusted travelers-Global Entry. nexus or Sentri are not getting precheck because of a system linkage issue. Just crazy.
I've had precheck for 4 trips since Jan 1. Including the one I just checked in for today. So I call BS.
