I am finding it more like once every few hours more than day. But, it also means you have to stay logged in. I perhaps wouldn't mind a pop-up if it wasn't one of the total obscuring type. I realize that that is the direction a lot of websites are going, but to be honest it does really, really make it seem really like a marketing website. Just sayin.

Oh, and for those who are finding it loads real slow, you have to clean your cache frequently. Hopefully this is just a factor of that one ad, not the type of ad.
