Quite likely. A flight marketed by one airline and operated by a second airline is unlikely to get the ff miles into a third airlines ffp, unless all 3 are in the same global alliance (Oneworld, Star Skyteam). There are some written exceptions like AA miles on QF marketed flights operated by EK.
