From what I gathered after the crash they were planning (is it still in the process, reverted, limbo?) to rebrand everything as Eurowings.
In December I was told the same thing by GW FA. It's all going to be branded as EW.

I've flown both EW and GW this fall and never had a problem with lounge access.
