Yep, Belfordrocks is correct. QF is missing (including most airlines that can earn on QF as well) because they earn fixed amounts per region which doesn't translate well into % of miles flown. I'm in the process of adding these back in as some sort of indicator so that you guys can at least get a link to the calculator/mileage chart. Give me a few days, and I'll update everybody here when they're up. Feel free to let me know if you notice any others that are missing
