For some hotels, you will receive the "NO AVAILABILITY FOR SELECTED DATES" message when searching beyond the standard (non-elite) booking window. If you look at Clarion Hotel Limerick with a current date, you should see 8,000 points required. But as sdsearch indicated previously, redemption rates can vary over the course the year. However, even Elite Diamond members can only go out 100 days, so if you're looking at May/June it would probably be best to call or email the Choice Service Center.
