Such a change would certainly not shock me, but so far it seems the window for all segments opens with the first. Of course, there seems to be a lot more times where nothing is released at T-100, so it will be harder and harder to tell. I have not been able to find any definitive info on AA.COM about this point - but there never was for the traditional method either.
