Economy Comfort seats are similar as in economy class, but located in the 5 frontmost rows of Y and come with four inches more legroom. OWS/OWE members can select these seats for free.

Is there some empiric experience that non-AY OWS/OWE can select these Economy Comfort seats for free?
When can the seats be selected? After booking or at online checkin?
Do the passengers have to book the flight at finnair.com or are bookings through other OTA also fine?
If two passengers are booked into one reservation (and the second does not hold status) - does Economy Comfort cost money for the second person?
