I was thinking the exact same thing as this title came across my RSS feed - I was expecting to come in and read about being denied access, refused being served additional alcohol, etc., not something like this.

As other posters have pointed out, even at UC's there are usually separate agent desks to take care of tasks like this. I know I wouldn't be too happy if I was waiting in line and someone then took a few minutes of the agent's time for something like this (if there was only one agent working).
