Later - there sort of might be, but not if you click on "Checkout" - need to click on Pay Pal credit instead and scroll right down to the bottom to find the CC option- then it would not accept my email because it was already associated with a Paypal account, so used another one - and then Google told me that the website was unsafe and refused to proceed with the transaction. Enough!
Well it was not enough, so I tried to use IE, which ended up with the same website alert and gave the impression the transaction had not gone through, then I received an immediate fraud alert from Amex - turns out that the first transaction had gone through as well as the second. Now in the process of cancelling one of the two orders.
Not sure where the problem lies - Paypal or Plane Tags, but what a fiasco.
My saga continues. Despite an initial positive response from "Plane Tags" (aka Motoart), they have now gone silent and I have neither received any refund nor the product. Did anyone else order it and actually receive it?
Well, yet another update after an apology and promise from Plane Tags. They say they have shipped the order and processed a refund for the duplicate payment.
