If you want to see something other than BsAs, I'd suggest either Mendoza (wine), or Iguazu (but not both in such a short trip). Otherwise I'd just stay in the city and explore.
Personally I'd skip Tigre/Colonia/La Calanderia and go for a couple of days in Mendoza and do a wino tour.
