Theoretically yes, but no one except a travel agent would do it. And standard protocol says that you need to issue the ticket using one of the carriers in the reservation (and for international flights, the airline being used for the overseas flight). Very unlikely to find a TA who would do that.
I wonder if there's a way to abuse AS's website to do it, the way there is (or was) a way to do it on DL's (somebody reverse engineered Orbitz's URLs for buying tickets, or something like that).
