BTW, the Bayshore is often ripe for BRG - I've gotten quite a few there over the years.

searched a different date range (from Jan 7th - 10th instead of Jan 5th - 10th) and re-submitted my claim, 3rd party site is Amoma.
Got approved this time
Rate between Jan 5th - 7th is lower anyways, so no need to BRG.
