Hopefully the link is in that thread, somewhere, that goes to the PHX customer service-highly recommend submitting a complaint via that route. I know it gets a response & complaints are even forwarded to various depts. (such as maintanence about the on-going, never ending moving walkway repairs). Airport management knows this is an issue but the more complaints, the better as far as I'm concerned!
