The difference between cash (=Sorten) and non cash (Devisen) for a transaction is 0.06 cents for one Euro. Example: Euro 500 x 0.06 = $ 30!!
To stay under your banks $4.00 fee you can exchange less than Euro 70!

BTW, I have an ATM card from NetBank. Until now they did NOT charge a fee for ATM transactions in Europe and Argentina.
