8 hours is going to be very very long.
During day time, you can possibly work, but, during sleep hours ... an airport remains an airport (a short transit place).
The quiet room is OK if you can sleep on a curved chair. It'll just remind how we travelled in the 80s/90s ...
A few weeks ago, I've seen a woman sleeping on the sofa. This is honestly not what is expected in the F lounge.
And please ... avoid T-shirt, short pants and bare feet (in shoes). We are not at C lounge
