I have to second that and add that jams can be a nightmare if heading out of town at the end of a working day. After such a long flight in economy I'd avoid taking any rental. Taxis are cheap and far more efficient. There will be some MPVs taxis at the airport so a larger group/some baggage won't be an issue. Just be careful of what some drivers could ask for, if the reading is X dirhams, convert it on the fly to USD just to avoid being burnt as some aren't ashamed of slapping 10-15 USD on top what it should be.
