Yeah, I also have a data point from the summer that didn't get cash back. But I attributed that to just installing some new data protection software prior to my purchase. This is too bad, because it was probably the cheapest way to buy LV and such luxury goods. Fortunately (or not), I have about $3K in Saks gift cards stashed away. Going to pick up some more, as I have 3 AMEX cards with $100 statement credit for $450 purchase. I'll try the SWA and Chase portals and will update this post in about a month.
