What do you call it? Before I am allowed to travel, Big Brother must run me through its computer for a yay or nay.
How is this going to help keep a terrorist from doing harm? The terrorist is going to carefully create false papers. The "system" may flag him or her but so what? Our terrorist gets special searches and scrutiny and is on his/her way.
What we've done is put in a virtual border that will catch ordinary citizens in the guise of catching terrorists, just like we gave up all banking privacy in the guise of catching money launderers.
