New website, at least not the award search area where I spent at least 2 hours each day, is remarkably less-user friendly, harder to read, and much slower. On the last point, there is no debate. Going from date to date even with 250MBS down lags longer than the old .bomb.
Spent time on the website this weekend researching 2016 vacation travel, and you're right, it is now much slower than it was a few months ago.
