AA Twitter team is as useful as AY Chat, I have found it super useful compared to calling them. They answer normally within one hour, I have been able to get help with:
- Getting AY PNR for AA bookings
- Choosing meal for Business/First flights which can't be selected online
- Request missing miles for AY flights, latest experience today when AY8 miles posted in 1 hour after contacting them
