Thanks Eva and SDS. I called BW CS and was given the usual excuse to wait 6 to 8 weeks for points to post. I will call again this week and hope I get a different agent. I have spoken to this one on another issue a few months back and was told to get my info online. She was useless for a few simple questions, to the point of being rude.
