Arrived in Dubai this morning as part of a group of 5 only for my luggage to be missing. Have filled in the appropriate forms,however what I found odd in the process was ALL the bag stickers/receipts have GRP and then the name of one of the persons in our party which presumably was done at random. As this persons name was on the stickers, that was the person who HAD to fill in the missing luggage form, and is the name I have to enter when I check the web page to see if my bag has been found. My concern is that that is not the name on the two luggage tags attached to the bag, so if something has happened to the barcode stickers on the bag, how will they match the bag? Surely it would make more sense for the name on the missing luggage form to match the name on the bag?
