Which credit card issuers report authorized users?

I know AMEX does and I think Chase or Citi just started doing it but I am looking for some actual data points.

Particularly if the AU was reported as having the account open since the original account opening date and not when the AU was added to the account. I know AMEX used to do this but from what I heard, they do not do this anymore.
