I think it will remain very hit and miss. I have given up bothering with the premium lane, many people queue jump and the Non premium boarding lane is often shorter
Greetings GPH and welcome to FT (after being here for 3 years!). Yes, the priority line seems a bit of a WOFTAM. Indeed, it seems to me the senior FA on gate duty is busy on the PA and manages the premium line whilst the junior FA handles the "other line" - and gets it moving before the premiums while the boss FA is welcoming people to the flight. The sweet spot place therefore is #1 in the "others" line.
