I generally take the view that when a poster comes on with (rational) questions about Y class seating etc, they have made a clear decision to book economy for one reason or another, and are just looking for (rational !) advice.
What's even more amusing is that it was not even a particularly warranted comment, given that the things OP was seeking could mostly be secured even in Y.
Had the OP had asked something like "Can I get a fully flat bed in Y?", then the only possible answer would have been "book F or J" - but this just wasn't one of those situations.
