No, they don't want to know. That page goes to a list of documents. There is no "contact me" for the website. All you can do is try "customer support" which doesn't have a specific selection for bug reports. I will try it but will give up if what I get back is a canned response from a know-nothing in India or the Philippines.

I did send them a message about this yesterday on their FB page but they did not respond to that either.

This is going to cause me to rethink the value of paying for TripIt pro next year. If it doesn't buy support, why bother?

Edited to add: They responded exactly the same to both my bug report and my FB post -- it was traditional customer service bullsh*t. They didn't even admit it was a bug.
