Why does it always say you can upgrade 2 seats if there is one seat available and then asks you to call the call centre?! It should just say no availability surely?

Also took me 90 minutes on the phone to book an Arabian airpass - such a pain. Also after my last trip to Amman and recent treatment by EK I've booked j not f.
