You can't take food out of the lounge.

The flight from ORD will serve you two full meals, and substantial snacks in between. You can have a look at post #65 from this thread for an idea of the meal: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/catha...-2015-a-5.html

I'd probably wait for food on the Cathay flight rather than eat a substantial meal in the BA lounge. And I'd eat on board rather than save myself for the CX arrivals lounge.

International business class will serve you substantial multi-course meals. A lot different to international economy or anything you'd find domestically in the USA.
