As mentioned in the initial replies, you can see the seatmap yourself and determine what seat will suit your needs best according to your various concerns. Then just make sure you pick a seat you like well in advance, online at Manage My Bookings.

Unfortunately, "ease of getting in/out of your seat" is really only achievable with an emergency exit seat, which is only assigned at the airport, but a good advance seat selection should achieve the rest of what you wish.
