Once the ticket is issued and you want to now STOPOVER in HKG for more than 24 hours by changing either the inbound or outbound segments or both - this will necessitate a REISSUANCE that costs 10,000 AM or US$100 and not just a simple REBOOKING that costs 1,000 AM or US$25.

Same if you are to change in reverse from connecting flights over 24 hours to those that are within 24 hours.
