You might also want to know that HEL is referred to as Helsinki in all other languages, but swedish/norwegian.

- UA CA: "..and I can check your baggage all the way to Helsinki"
- OP: "But I'm going to Helsingfors!"

(I usually only get the "have a nice trip to HELll....." and have to add the "...sinki" to let the checkin agent out of trouble)
