That`s not correct; EK can fly to any destination daily, with only 2 frames!
So, if 20 airplanes will leave and 36 will join the fleet; I can imagine too about 5-6 new destinations and increasing frequencies to some destinations already srved...
With the Australian destinations with 13-14hr flight times - and don't forget some have continuations into AKL/CHC - and there is also the issue of turnarounds in a/c being at least 2 hours, might make the timing very tight for 2 frames only.
Similarly with LAX at 16hr scheduled, add say 2hr for turnaround and you've got the plane waiting around at DXB for 4hr which EK won't do...!
