I received another e-mail. Carjet said that they will refund the amount of the hire to my account as soon as possible.
They also said that it will take, probably, 4 weeks.

Alright!!!
I'm pleased with it.
Maybe i'll try them again. Maybe that was the one in a million error and it hapened to me.
