Hmm, yes... tricky if the ticket wasn't reissued. I had that a couple of times but as I credited to EuroBonus a short mail to OT support fixed the point awarding.
I think I heard from both SAS and OT before that OT needs to resolve it - but since you credit to A3 I guess they have no way of doing so and SAS would need to credit the miles to A3.
