It's strangely not that popular at certain time of day (BA departure time being one of them) and it is easy to get. Try it other times though, and it's very difficult to come by. I think I've missed out just a few times on BA departure (out of dozens) but my success rate has been down to about 20% on some other departure times.

BA do offer human massages in their spas as well, by the way...
