That post is beyond ridiculous.
It was all her own doing and fault for not bothering to read the FHR welcome letter, and assuming room room credited was combinable.
I honestly fail to see how any of it is the hotel's fault.

While the Palazzo and Encore are probably my favourite Vegas resort, I still like the Bellagio and very often it is far the best value FHR choice, in terms of the cost and benefits.
