Hi guys. I'm back. Thought I'd share this s data point. I called aa, no help! Told to wait if not heard after 24 hours to call back in. I got impatient and found a thread here about Twitter suggestion. So I DM aa and after 15 mins, I got confirmation ticket from Aa that my ticket is issued.

I'm not sure if it's Twitter helps or its coincident. But I think it's worth a try if you become worried like me. Another thing is today is Sunday night but morning in Hong Kong Monday. So perhaps they get up? Not sure. But so glad I got ticket now and not having to wait at the airport tomorrow night!!
